Make a batter of besan with water and all veggies & spices.
Keep the consistency like we do for idli batter.
Apply a layer of it on bread and roast it on greased tawa.
Grease the bread from the other side also & roast it for both the sides till golden brown.
Cut the slice in to triangles and serve with mint capsicum chutney.
