Besan Toast & Chilla_cover

Ingredients
 Whole wheat Bread- 2 slice
 Besan (bengal gram flour)- 30 gm
 Onions- 1 tbsp (Finely chopped)
 Carrot -1/2 tbsp (Grated)
 Tomato - 1 tbsp (Finely chopped)
 Capsicum- 1 tbsp (Finely chopped)
 Green chilli - 1 tsp (Finely chopped)
 Coriander - 2 tbsp (Finely chopped)
 Salt to taste
 Oregano- ⅓ tsp
 Chilli flakes- ⅓ tsp
 Oil- 2 tsp = 10 ml
 Water as needed
Method
1

Make a batter of besan with water and all veggies & spices.

Keep the consistency like we do for idli batter.

Apply a layer of it on bread and roast it on greased tawa.

Grease the bread from the other side also & roast it for both the sides till golden brown.

Cut the slice in to triangles and serve with mint capsicum chutney.
