Take a pan heat up oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chilli & karonde.
Mix it well & leave it for few seconds.
Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, saunf powder, salt and mix it again.
Cover the lid & switch the flame to low & let it cook.
After few minutes switch off the flame.
Put it into the bowl & serve.
