Ingredients
 Cashews- 20- 25 (soaked for 10 minutes)
 Garlic cloves- 2
 Half lemon juice
 Pink salt- ⅓ tsp
 Black pepper powder- ¼ tsp
 Apple cider vinegar- 1 tsp
 Water- ½ cup
Method

Add cashews, garlic, salt, black pepper in a grinder & make a smooth paste.

Then add lemon juice & apple cider vinegar & water to adjust the consistency.

Then grind again.

Your mayonnaise is ready to serve.
