Vegan Banana Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS (serving- 1)
 100 g Coconut meat
 2 Soft dates (seedless)
 150 ml Water
 2 tsp Chia seeds
 1 Elaichi
 12 Raisins
 1 Banana (sliced & peeled)
 2 Almonds (chopped) for garnishing

In a grinder, add coconut, water, dates and grind it to milky texture.

Strain the milk with the help of Muslin cloth .

Then soak chia seeds, elaichi, raisins in coconut milk for overnight.

Once the chia mixture has set, top with fresh banana or fruit of your choice.

Note:- You can add nuts and fruits of your choice. Any variety of milk can be used.
