Dry Fruit Laddu

INGREDIENTS (serving- 20 laddus)
 100 g Almond
 100 g Cashew
 50 g Walnut
 50 g Gond
 50 g Melon seeds
 150 g Seedless dates
 ½ tsp Green Cardamom-powder
 100 ml Ghee
PROCEDURE

Heat up ghee in a pan & roast nuts and seeds separately and let them cool.

Heat dates on low flame, till they become slightly tender.

Chop all the nuts coarsly.

Add chopped nuts, gond, cardamom powder, dates in a pan and mix well.

Take small portion and roll them into lemon size balls, Garnish with rose petals or coconut.
