Wash and soak semak & sabudana for at least half an hour to one hour.
Drain extra water.
Transfer it to a grinder jar with green chilli, ginger and 1 tbsp sour curd and make a smooth paste.
Add salt and whisk till it becomes fluffy.
Fill all the greased moulds of appe pan, cover and let it cook from both sides.
Then demould & Let them cool down.
Soak all the bhalla into curd, sprinkle cumin powder, salt, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Garnish with pomegranate pearls.
Dahi Bhalla is ready to serve.
