In a grinder, add coconut, water, dates and grind it to milky texture.
Strain the milk with the help of Muslin cloth .
Then soak chia seeds, elaichi, raisins in coconut milk for overnight.
Once the chia mixture has set, top with fresh banana or fruit of your choice.
