Stir Fry Veggies

This colourful medley of different vegetables is healthy and tasty.

Simple and easy to cook sautéed veggies can be made within a few minutes and made with many variations to suit individual taste.

Sautéed veggies make a delicious side dish for any dinner or lunch.

It is good for kids who don’t want to eat raw vegetables. By sautéing the vegetables, one can feed them lots of vegetables to make a balanced meal. Sautéed vegetable dish is full of , vitamins, minerals, fibres.

Eating vegetables helps in boosting immunity, and works for good overall health. Health-conscious people can add sautéed vegetables for weight loss.

One has the freedom to add or replace any vegetables and add different seasonings, sauces and seeds to make it tasty and nutritious. Other variations to the meal can be made by adding in chunks of paneer, tofu, soya, boiled egg, or chicken.

Sauteed vegetables are the best way to have fresh vegetables in a savoury combination.

Ingredients
 Onion petals- 10-12 & Onion- 1 cup (chopped)
 Tri colour pepper- 1 cup (cut into bite size)
 Baby corns- -8-10 pcs (halves and 1.5”)
 Sweet Corns- 1 tbsp (boiled)
 Carrots- 8-10 pcs (sliced)
 Mushrooms- 5-6 slice (bite size)
 Brocolli - 4-5 florets (blanched)
 French Beans- 5- 6 (blanched)
 Ginger- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
 Garlic- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
 Olive oil - 5 ml
 Spring Onions- for garnishing
 Pink salt- to taste
 Black pepper- to taste
 Mixed herbs - for garnishing
Method
1

Heat a heavy bottom pan.

Add olive oil and heat.

Then add all veggies and toss on high flame for 2 min.

Then add all spices and stir well.

Remove from heat and serve.
