Soak for at least 2 hours and maximum to overnight, then rinse and drain the water until the water is clear.
Grind the rice, dal, methi dana to a fine paste, adjust the consistency by adding water.
Once ground, keep it to ferment overnight at warm place.
Then Grease the dosa tawa with oil and sprinkle some water. wipe it and switch off the flame.
Once the tawa cool down a little bit, apply the thin layer of dosa batter and switch on the flame.
Fold it and take it out. Your navra rice dosa is ready to serve.
Note:-
1. You can replace navra rice with any variety of rice.
