In a very heavy Bottom pan, heat ghee on low flame. Roast Besan in Ghee, (keeping the flame lowest), till it turns to light Brown colour.
On the other hand, boil milk & kesar on the second burner.
Once the Besan is cooked, add Turmeric, black pepper, saunth and mix well.
Start pouring kesar milk slowly and keep stirring to avoid lump formation.
Mix Jaggery powder after 5 min, Switch off the flame.
Pour the milk in a milk mug and sip it warm.
