Vegan Mango Smoothie Bowl

 

Ingredients:
 200 g Diced ripe mango
 10 Almonds
 2 Dried Fig
 2 Dates (soaked for an hour)
 1 tbsp Melon Seeds
 1 tbsp Watermelon seeds
 1 tsp Sabja seeds (soaked)
Method:

Wash all nuts and seeds (except chia seeds/ sabja seeds) in fresh water and soak overnight OR 2-3 hours including chia seeds/ sabja seeds.

Add Ripe mango, soaked nuts & seeds and blend everything.

Transfer it into a bowl. Add sabja seeds and mix well.

Garnish with pumpkin seeds and mango chunks.
