Transfer sprouted lobiya in a grinder, add water, salt, ginger, green chili and make a fine paste.
Transfer it ina bowl and add all the vegetables.
Just before making appe add eno and mix gently.
Grease appe pan with oil in every mould.
Pour the batter till ¾ of the capacity of the appe pan.
Cover and cook for 5 mins till crisp from bottom.
Brush little oil on the upper side & flip them and let them cook from another side too.
Serve it with the guava chutney or coconut chutney or mint chutney.
