Ingredients
Lemon juice (निम्बू)- 2 Tsp
Gond katira- 2-3 gm (soaked)
Chia seeds- 1 tsp (soaked)
Water- 300 ml (earthen pot)
Pink salt- ¼ Tsp
Black salt (काला नमक)- ¼ Tsp
Bhuna jeera (भुना हुआ जीरा)- ½ Tsp
Fresh mint leaves (पुदीना) paste / chopped / dry mint powder- ½ Tsp
Method

Mix everything in a glass and stir well.
