Wash almonds, walnuts, cashew, figs, dates, melon seeds thoroughly and soak them 1 hour to overnight after adding chia seeds/ sabja seeds.
Deseed the dates.
Add one roughly chopped banana.
Add puffed amaranth.
Blend everything to a smooth paste.
You can add ice-cubes/ cold water to adjust consistency.
Pour into a smoothie jar.
Garnish with some fresh pomegranate pearls and fresh mint.
