 ½ cup Coconut
 1 tbsp Roasted chana dal
 1 Ginger
 1 Tamarind
 Salt
 Curry leaves/ coriander leaves
 23 Green chilli
 1 cup Water
For Tempering
 5 ml Sesame/ peanut oil
 ½ tsp Mustard seeds
 1 Red dry chilli
 810 Curry leaves

Mix the first eight ingredients and make a fine paste.

Add water gradually, Till it reaches the desired consistency.

For tempering-

Heat oil.

Let mustard seeds crackle, switch off flame.

Fry red chilli and curry leaves in hot oil and pour over chutney and mix well.

Store leftover in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
