I always thought a diet will include hard to make and hard to get ingredients and recipes. But with Dr. Richa Garg, the diet she recommended was very easy to make and follow with the available home ingredients and the ones that suited me. I lost 8 kg in 3 months span along with a tremendous improvement in my Knee pain. I never found it difficult to follow even with my working schedule. My family members also enjoyed the menu given in the plan. Will highly recommend.
