Ingredients For Batter
 Rava / semolina / suji (coarse)- 60 gm
 Curd- 30 gm
 Ginger- ½ tsp (finely chopped)
 Chilli- 2 (finely chopped)
 Carrot- 1 tbsp (grated)
 Curry leaves- 15-20 (chopped)
 Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
 Salt to taste
 Oil- 10 ml

Firstly, in a large bowl take rava, curd and water. mix well

Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, grated carrot, green chili, ginger, salt to it.

Rest for 20 minutes or until the rava absorbs well.

Add little more water to adjust the consistency
Now pour 1 laddle batter on greased tawa and spread the batter in round.

Top the uttapam with vegetables and press gently.

Pour 1 tsp oil around and over the uttapam.

Cover and cook for a minute or until the base is cooked well.

Flip over and cook both sides.

Serve with onion tomato chutney.
