Ingredients
 Onion petals- 10-12 & Onion- 1 cup (chopped)
 Tri colour pepper- 1 cup (cut into bite size)
 Baby corns- -8-10 pcs (halves and 1.5”)
 Sweet Corns- 1 tbsp (boiled)
 Carrots- 8-10 pcs (sliced)
 Mushrooms- 5-6 slice (bite size)
 Brocolli - 4-5 florets (blanched)
 French Beans- 5- 6 (blanched)
 Ginger- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
 Garlic- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
 Olive oil - 5 ml
 Spring Onions- for garnishing
 Pink salt- to taste
 Black pepper- to taste
 Mixed herbs - for garnishing

Heat a heavy bottom pan.

Add olive oil and heat.

Then add all veggies and toss on high flame for 2 min.

Then add all spices and stir well.

Remove from heat and serve.
