Here is the recipe of my favorite, easy, simple but yet powerful smoothie

Ingredients
 Roasted makhana- 15 gm (unsalted)
 Milk (cow’s /vegan)- 200 ml
 Almonds- soaked and peeled (5-7 in no)
 Dates (3) / figs (2)- soaked
 Honey- 2 tsp ( optional for extra sweetness)
 Raisins- (7-8)
 Melon seeds- 1 tsp (soaked)
 Cinnamon powder- a small pinch
 Cardamom powder- a small pinch
 Chia seeds- ½ tsp (optional)
Method

In a blender add makhanas and grind it to a powder

Add milk to the same blender , soaked almonds, either dates or figs, cinnamon,

elaichi powder, chia seeds and blend it well.

Garnish with raisins and serve
