Here is the recipe of my favorite, easy, simple but yet powerful smoothie
In a blender add makhanas and grind it to a powder
Add milk to the same blender , soaked almonds, either dates or figs, cinnamon,
elaichi powder, chia seeds and blend it well.
Garnish with raisins and serve
