 Oat meal/ flour- 20 gm
 Spinach- 20 gm
 Sesame seeds- 1 tsp
 Water- as needed

In a grinding jar add palak, water and grind it to a smooth paste.

In a deep and large bowl mix equal amount of palak and oats flour and knead the flour.

Knead the dough by adding little water.

Use this dough after 10 min to make roti.
