Makhana Yogurt Chaat is mildly sweet, a bit tangy and spicy in taste. The recipe is gluten-free and Satvik (onion-garlic free).

Ingredients
 Makhana- 20 gm
 Desi ghee- 1 tsp
 Yogurt / Dahi- 150 ml
 Pomegranate- 2 tbsp= 30 gm
 Grapes- 10- 12 (chopped)
 Green chilli (finely chopped)- 1
 Saindha namak - to taste
 Cumin powder- ½ tsp
 Date tamarind chutney- 1 tsp
 Green chutney- 1 tbsp
 Peanuts- 10 gm (crushed)
  Coriander leaves- 1 Tbsp (finely chopped)
 Mint leaves- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Method

In a pan roast makhana in desi ghee till they become crisp.

Then put curd / yoghurt in a big bowl and whisk it with little amount of water to make it slightly runny. Add green chilli, pomegranate, grapes, cumin powder and mix well.

Then sprinkle some saindha namak , date tamarind chutney, green chutney as per taste.

Then add makhana's and mix all the ingredients well.

Then add with coriander leaves and mint leaves.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds & peanuts.
