Makhana Yogurt Chaat is mildly sweet, a bit tangy and spicy in taste. The recipe is gluten-free and Satvik (onion-garlic free).
In a pan roast makhana in desi ghee till they become crisp.
Then put curd / yoghurt in a big bowl and whisk it with little amount of water to make it slightly runny. Add green chilli, pomegranate, grapes, cumin powder and mix well.
Then sprinkle some saindha namak , date tamarind chutney, green chutney as per taste.
Then add makhana's and mix all the ingredients well.
Then add with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds & peanuts.
