Ingredients
 Roasted makhana- 10 gm (unsalted)
 Apple- ½ (diced)
 Milk (cow’s /vegan)- 200 ml
 Almonds- soaked and peeled (7 in no)
 Dates (2) / figs (2)- soaked
 Honey- 1 tsp ( optional for extra sweetness)
 Melon seeds- 1 tsp (soaked)
 Cardamom powder- a small pinch
 Chia seeds- ½ tsp (soaked)
Method

In a blender add makhanas and grind it to a powder

Add milk to the same blender , soaked almonds, either dates or figs, elaichi powder and blend it well.

Now add chia seeds and serve
