Ingredients
 Karonde- 100 gm (cut into half)
 Green chilli- 100 gm (chopped)
 Mustard seeds- ½ tsp
 Asafoetida- one fat pinch
 Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
 Curry leaves- 12-14
 Fennel seeds powder- ½ tsp
 Coriander powder- 1 tsp
 Salt to taste
 Oil- 2 tsp= 10 ml
Method

Take a pan heat up oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chilli & karonde.

Mix it well & leave it for few seconds.

Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, saunf powder, salt and mix it again.

Cover the lid & switch the flame to low & let it cook.

After few minutes switch off the flame.

Put it into the bowl & serve.
