Ingredients
 Corn kernels (मकई के दाने) :- 50 gm
 Onion (प्याज़) :- 1 tbsp
 Cucumber (खीरा):-1 tbsp
 Tomato (टमाटर) :-1 tbsp
  Red bell pepper (लाल शिमला मिर्च)– 1 tsp
 Peanuts (मूंगफली) (boiled / roasted):-15 gm
 Chaat masala (चाट मसाला):- to taste
 Lemon juice (निम्बू का रस) :- 1 tbsp
 Green chilli (हरी मिर्च)(chopped)- 1
 Black salt (काला नमक)to taste
 Tamarind dates chutney (खजूर इमली की चटनी)- 1 tsp
 Chopped parsley / cilantro for garnish
Method

Boil/ steam the corn kernels for about 3-4 minutes in milk & water (take water & milk in equal quantity in which the corns can be soaked well).

Strain the water and let it be cool. Then add cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala, black salt and squeeze the lemon and add tamarind dates chutney. Mix peanuts and Serve immediately.
