Ingredients
 Coriander seeds- ½ tsp
 Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
 Fennel seeds- ½ tsp
 Water- 300 ml

Take 100 ml water & soak all the seeds 6-8 hours or overnight.

In a pan boil 200 ml water.

Then add soaked seeds and let it boil on low flame till it reduced to ⅔.

Switch off the flame, strain it & drink lukewarm either post 1 hour of any meal or empty stomach.
