Ingredients:
 15 g Almonds (handful)
 10 g Cashew (handful)
 10 g Pumpkin Seeds (handful)
 10 g Sunflower seeds (handful)
 10 g Pistachio (handful)
 2 Dates (dry)
 2 Figs (dry)
 5 g Chia seeds/ sabja seeds
 2 Banana (ripe)
 Fresh fruits- for garnish
Method:

Wash all nuts and seeds (except chia seeds/ sabja seeds) in fresh water and soak overnight OR 2-3 hours including chia seeds/ sabja seeds.

Add 2 bananas (ripe) and blend everything.

Transfer it into a bowl.

Garnish with fresh fruits and seeds.

1. You can add ice-cubes while blending to adjust the coldness and consistency of smoothie.
2. You can also add raisins and dried berries.
